Fuel
Our fuel shop can test wing tank fuel boost pumps, all main engine pumps, and fuel-actuated components. We cover ATAs 28, 49, and 73 and specialize in HMUs, FMUs MECs, APU fuel controls, fuel boost pumps, and all fuel-related valves.
Pneumatic
Our pneumatic shop has testing capabilities in 777 air-driven pumps and wide- and narrow-body ACMs and starters. We focus on LRUs found in ATAs 49, 75, and 80, including starters for all commercial applications, HPTC valves, APU surge valves, bleed valves, and all VSV, VBV, and IGV actuators.
Hydraulic
Our hydraulic shop uses the most advanced Avtron test stand available, which provides a wide range of capabilities in ATAs 27, 29, 32, and 78 covering most servo actuation, autopilot controls, power control units, power transfer units, thrust reverser actuators, horizontal stabilizer actuators, and all hydraulic pumps.
Avionics
We specialize in ATA 21 cabin pressure, lights from ATA 33, and panels (ATA 21, 24, 26, 28, 29, 30, and 31) with capabilities for more than 4,000 unique part numbers.
Electro-mechanical
Our core electro-mechanical competencies cover ATAs 21, 25, 27, 28, 33, 49, and 78. This includes electric starters, flap actuators, recirculation fans, ram air actuators, skin valves, and cooling fans with power ranges of up to 1,250 amps and 60 volts as well as variable frequency AC power supplies up to 75 amps.
